Yeah, Me too.... Special people in our lives intrigue us and we want to be as close to them as we can. We go to concerts, we go to inaugurations, we travel to visit monuments and get as close to famous people as we can.
Yet, the one that we should want to be as close to as possible, we fall away from and forget about.
Some choose to stay in bed, some have more important things to do and some come and don't know what they have in their midst.
He is always with us at Mass - at Adoration - in the tabernacle.
Be more excited to see Jesus - our Savior - then you would be for anyone else that you yearn to see or visit or get an autograph from.
When we are in the presence of God, we need to show respect and reverence. The greatest gift we have is the Mass and Eucharist - Jesus truly present to us! The REAL Presence of Christ.
